I mention this because I think good companies have excellent customer service EVERY step of the way, from start to finish. The estimate was scheduled within a couple days of my initial call and a written itemized estimate was emailed to me within 24 hrs after the estimator visited as promised. I liked the itemized estimate because it allowed us to consider several items and select the ones we wanted without having to have a second revised estimate. They were straightforward about how long it would take to schedule the work once the estimate was complete (about 5 days after the estimate). I didn't mind waiting a few days because the better companies are busy because they are in demand. Both the estimator and the workmen were punctual. Two of their servicemen performed the work in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours which was VERY quick considering the work they had in front of them. They were courteous and got to business immediately. They did an excellent job of placing the fixtures exactly where I wanted them (even marked the brick that I pointed to for the coach light) and were patient in answering questions I had about the operation of the photocell fixture afterwards. Overall it was a very smooth experience and we are thrilled with our security/outdoor lighting. They did everything as promised and efficiently. We will definitely use them again.
They were efficient and professional. They were respectful of my 80 year old mother who was at the home. They made sure she was aware the power would be off for three to four hours and that she would be okay with that. They kept her updated on how it was going. They left the area looking better than it did when they started.
They were really good. They did not make any mess on my walls. They did not leave any holes. They were on time. The price was reasonable. They took one full day to complete all the work. They cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again. They did the changes as I asked them to do. I made the appointment with them and they were here within a week. Their uniform was clean and well-pressed. They were clean when they left my house.
In replacing three (3) light fixtures in my master bath, it was suggested that I may want to have a dimmer installed to save on electricity. I agreed, and I am really enjoying it. When I purchased my home in 2006, I did not have a fan installed in my patio. This was an oversight due to the fact that I was in CA at the time the house was being built. I finally decided to have one installed and it was a challenge, but both Rubin and Matthew were very patient and did an excellent job. I love my new patio fan which comes on with the use of a remote. I was so happy and excited that I forgot to provide them with my $20 discount posted on their website at the time of payment. After thinking about it, I realized that they earned this amount and more based on the quality of the work. They also did a great job of cleaning up which was great.
